# The Lead Nurture Engine · SOLTECA Blueprint F9H-LN-001

Upload this file to Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or Codex and type: Install my Nurture Engine.

SHEET 01 OF 28

[ 01 / SOLTECA BLUEPRINT · READ THIS FIRST ]

TWO WAYS TO USE THIS BLUEPRINT

This is Core 5 Function 2: the Lead Nurture Engine. It shows the leak, the 4.8× math, and the plan to install Fortune-500 follow-up inside your business in under 30 days. You can build it two ways.

Way 1. Let an AI install it. No coding required.
1
Upload this file

Drop the HTML or the companion SPEC.md into Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or Codex.

2
Type one line

Install my Nurture Engine. The AI interviews you, then builds the cadences.

3
It builds your system

Speed rules, follow-up volume, show harness, B2C or B2B playbooks, and a 30-day calendar.

Save the output as NURTURE.md in your project folder. That file becomes your operating manual.

Way 2. Use it as a workbook.
1
Print it or keep it open

Sheets 08 to 24 hold the pillars, the 48 steps, and both playbooks.

2
Work the steps in order

Each step states when it is done.

3
Run the 30-day calendar

Sheet 25 tells you what to build and measure each week.

Both ways end in the same place: leads contacted inside 60 seconds, followed up 8+ times on a schedule, reminded until they show, and converted with a repeatable diagnostic. The fortune is in working the leads you already have.

[ 02 / CORE 5 FUNCTIONS · YOU ARE HERE ]

FIVE FUNCTIONS. YOU ARE ON FUNCTION 2.

Every durable service business runs the same five demand functions. Function 1 (Satellite) creates engaged leads. Function 2 turns those leads into shows and sales.

1
Lead Generation · Satellite
Owned channels produce engaged leads. Filter, enrich, score, route. Blueprint LP-001.
2
Lead Nurture · Engine THIS BLUEPRINT
Speed, volume, personalization, and availability convert interest into booked, shown, closed revenue.
3
Sales Conversion
GOLDEN diagnostic, offer architecture, and one-touch close on qualified buyers.
4
Delivery & Ascension
Onboarding, fulfillment, upsells, continuity.
5
Referrals & Flywheel
Reviews, referrals, reactivation of past buyers.

Sequence matters. Filling Function 1 while Function 2 leaks is paying to fill a bucket with holes. Install nurture before you buy more traffic.

SHEET 03 OF 28

[ 03 / THE PROBLEM · THE LEAK ]

THE FORTUNE IS IN THE LEADS YOU ALREADY HAVE

Most service businesses do not fail at getting leads. They lose them in follow-up. First contact comes too late, and the follow-up stops too soon.

What we see in almost every account
First contact arrives after the prospect has already answered another company.
Follow-up stops after one or two tries when the data says eight or more touches win.
Reminders are thin, so show rates sit near 50% when 80%+ is available.
Messages sound the same for a $400 job and a $40,000 project.
Calendar capacity is too thin when the lead is finally ready.
2×
CLOSE RATE LIFT

Moving average closers from 30% to 60% is real, and it takes coaching time.

10×
SHOW RATE LIFT

Moving show rate from 5% to 45% changes throughput faster than any pitch rewrite.

Fix throughput first. Close rate second. More leads last.

What "for free" means here

You are not buying a new lead source. You are recovering conversion that already leaks between opt-in and close. Same traffic. Higher yield. The cash you stop wasting on no-shows and slow response funds the install.

The bridge from not interested to interested

Give value around the problem you solve, at near-zero risk for them. Earn trust. Then the real conversation and monetization begin. Lead magnets create engaged leads. The Nurture Engine keeps them engaged until they buy.

[ 08 / THE ENGINE · FOUR PILLARS ]

FOUR PILLARS OF LEAD NURTURE

Consistent, structured follow-up that converts interest into commitment. Every stage of the funnel is moved by one of these four.

01
SPEED

Opt-in to first contact under 60 seconds. Every reply answered while the lead is still hot.

02
VOLUME

Contact within 5 minutes, double dial + text, 2×/day for 2 days, 1×/day for 4 days, then long-term nurture. Reminders until they show.

03
PERSONALIZATION

Enrich, segment, incentive, and proof matched to avatar and goal. Short messages. Never fake "manual" texts.

04
AVAILABILITY

The single greatest predictor of campaign throughput. Be reachable when they are ready. Keep calendar density high.

$100M doctrine. Volume negates luck. Each extra touch builds trust, trust drives shows, and shows drive sales.

SPEED IS THE HIGHEST-LEVERAGE VARIABLE

Speed has two clocks. Both must stay green or the rest of the system underperforms.

CLOCK A
Opt-in → first contact
TARGET
< 60 seconds
CLOCK B
Any reply → response
TARGET
Same session
Operating rules
Contact within 5 minutes of opt-in at absolute maximum. Ideal is under 1 minute.
Use all channels until they reply. When they reply, stay on that channel until they change it.
A slow response before the appointment signals the service they will get after they buy. Show rate falls with it.
After-hours: AI or on-call SMS that books or queues a human inside the next open window.
Done when: median speed-to-lead for new opt-ins stays under 60 seconds for seven straight days.

Scheduling volume (new lead, no reply yet)
Window	Action

[ 11 / PILLAR 3 · PERSONALIZATION ]

MAKE EVERY TOUCH RELEVANT

Personalization is enrichment + segmentation + incentives + proof. Tone stays short, clean, and professional.

Enrichment

Research the profile. Fill missing CRM fields before a human dials. Give the rep a one-paragraph brief: who they are, why they scored this way, what to say first.

Segmentation (example B2B revenue tiers)
Tier 1: under $500k/yr
Tier 2: under $1M/yr
Tier 3: under $3M/yr
Tier 4: under $10M/yr
Tier 5: over $10M/yr

Build sequences per segment so every touch matches their constraint (demand, offer, money model, CRM, flywheel).

Incentives and proof
"Join the call and get your free [LEAD_MAGNET]."
"Show up and we will build your [LEAD_MAGNET]."
Send 1-3 case studies that mirror their demographics before and between calls.
Offer a short sales video (VSL) that covers the process, mechanisms, and top objections. Ask if they want it before the call or together at the start.

[ 12 / PILLAR 4 · AVAILABILITY + CHANNELS ]

BE REACHABLE WHEN THEY ARE READY

Availability predicts throughput. You do not need to sell all day. You need enough open slots that a ready buyer never waits.

CHANNEL 1
Call

King for high-ticket B2B

CHANNEL 2
SMS

Highest reply likelihood for booking

CHANNEL 3
Email

Support proof and long-term nurture

Channel doctrine
New leads: open rates of 40-50% are possible on a strong offer email. Existing lists sit nearer 10%.
Do not fake manual messages. Prospects can tell.
Lead with help aligned to their dream outcome. Build the bridge from where they are.
Keep maximum calendar spots free during selling windows. The available team wins the ready lead.
$100M Nurture Playbook (systems layer)
Centralize contacts in one CRM.
Automate calls, texts, and reminders where rules are clear.
Monitor show rate, conversation rate, and response rate weekly.
Share social proof with sources, metrics, and screenshots.
Use live value (mini trainings, tips, frameworks) to re-engage cold leads.

KEEP THE BOOKED. RECOVER THE SILENT.
Pre-sale questionnaire (before Call 1)
Current state: Where are you today?
Desired state: Where do you want to be?
Constraint: Why are you not there yet?

If they complete the questionnaire, the first live conversation can move toward a one-touch close on the right offers.

Long-term nurture (System 3.2)
One short email per day for up to 60 days (Mozi-minute style: one idea, one CTA, one asset).
Personalize by industry, revenue tier, and goal.
Attach proof and light magnets.
Easy unsubscribe. Only qualified buyers on this list.
Remove immediately on engage, book, or reply.
Spring Cleaning (System 3.3)

Identify and remove dead leads: unsubscribed, bounced, disqualified, and zero-response 90+ day records. Clean lists protect deliverability and focus.

Week 4 · Close + harden (Steps 33-48)

GOLDEN one-pager, long-term nurture, Spring Cleaning, weekly scoreboard, QA, SOP lock, 30-day retrospective vs baseline.

Capacity rule. If the team cannot finish Week 1 cleanly, do not start Week 2. A half-built cadence creates noise without lift.

[ 26 / AI INSTALLER PROTOCOL · FOR THE ASSISTANT READING THIS FILE ]

INSTALL MY NURTURE ENGINE

Owner: if you uploaded this file and typed "Install my Nurture Engine", the AI runs this sheet. You can also paste the prompts at the bottom yourself.

Instructions to the assistant

You are the Nurture Engine Installer. Your job is to configure Sheets 08 to 25 for this one business using only what the owner tells you. Do not invent results, customer names, or case numbers. Ask before you assume. Build one piece at a time and confirm each before the next. Obey SOLTECA copy rules: no em dashes, no antithetical parallelism, no anaphora stacks.

Phase A. Interview. Ask three to five questions at a time.
What do you sell, to whom, where, and at what average deal or job value?
Is your primary motion B2C appointment-driven or B2B high-ticket?
Your current speed-to-lead, contact rate, show rate, close rate, and monthly lead count. Say "unknown" if unknown.
Which CRM, phone, SMS, calendar, and form tools exist today, and who owns each login?
Describe your best ten customers and what triggered the buy.
What lead sources feed you today (Satellite, ads, partners, web, referrals)?
Who answers new leads, who confirms appointments, who closes?
What show-up incentive or lead magnet can you deliver at low cost?
What are the three most common objections before a show or a close?
What is the one conversion leak you believe is costing the most revenue right now?
Phase B. Build, in this order. Label each block.
Baseline math and 30-day targets.
CRM stages and verification rules (8-15) with 1-5 score bands.
First-contact call + SMS scripts.
10-day working cadence with stop conditions.
Full reminder harness copy (24h through meeting-time).
Pre-call questionnaire.
Chosen playbook (B2C or B2B) daily checklist.
Proof pack outline and incentive line.
Long-term 14-day starter sequence (expand to 60 later).
Weekly scoreboard + 30-day calendar set to the owner's start date.
Phase C. Keep operating.

Score leads the owner pastes in. Draft replies from the templates. Run the weekly More / Better / New review from the scoreboard. When the owner reports results, update the four numbers and attribute lift to a pillar.

Prompts the owner can paste
Install my Nurture Engine. Run Phase A of Sheet 26 and interview me.
Here are my answers. Build Phase B, item 1, and stop.
Draft my full reminder harness for [B2C/B2B] using my incentive: [x].
Run my weekly review. Speed [x], contact [x]%, show [x]%, close [x]%.

SHEET 27 OF 28

[ 27 / THE BOTTOM LINE ]

WORK THE LEADS YOU ALREADY PAID FOR.

Function 1 creates demand. Function 2 captures the yield. Same 500 leads. 7 closed becomes 34 when the engine runs.

Remember

Contact inside 60 seconds. Follow up until volume negates luck. Remind until they show. Personalize by segment. Stay available when they are ready. Feed outcomes back into scoring.

Do those for 30 days and you will own a nurture system most businesses never build: Fortune-500 follow-up without Fortune-500 headcount.
